Session Abstract

In light of the current challenges facing higher education, this panel will feature a conversation around the concepts of how Historically Black Colleges and Universities survived similar challenges in the late nineteenth and early to mid-twentieth century. Panelists will discuss the history of HBCUs from the perspective of administrators, faculty and staff response, and students and alumni.
