For nearly forty years, Research 1 universities have developed partnerships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority-Serving Institutions to enhance the number of underrepresented graduate students in their doctoral programs. This roundtable will profile HBCU/R1 pipeline programs in order to discuss barriers and challenges, as well as innovations and best practices around establishing strong partnerships.
