How can such a book review become known, and to what extent are social media important for the promotion and circulation of its essays? What are the most important intellectual benefits of the online environment? How does the introduction of video and audio (for example, “Marginalia Review of Books Radio”) open new possibilities for discussions of books? How are books for review, and reviewers, chosen? What changes are likely over the coming years?
