Take guided tours of the Tenement Museum’s recreated apartment exhibits in two landmark tenement buildings on the Lower East Side, New York’s iconic immigrant and migrant neighborhood. Tours will focus on real immigrant and migrant families and the work the museum does with students and teachers. Registration will be free for teachers attending the meeting. Registration for this tour will be through the Tenement Museum at historians.org/tenement-tour. The museum will contact registrants with additional information about where and when to meet.
