Session Abstract
This roundtable focuses on key moments when black feminists defined intellectual work in terms of honoring their elders, as well as times when generational rebellion came to the fore. Tracing the circulation of ideas throughout the Atlantic world, participants will consider how these loyalties and disloyalties shaped black feminist thought.
