Session Abstract

In 2016 the Teaching Division of the AHA identified tackling the issue of declining enrollments in history courses as one of its major initiatives.

The TD proposed three roundtables on this subject for the 2018 annual meeting. Participants from a range of institutions (small/large, public/private, etc) will present strategies and approaches that they have effectively employed to address this issue.

Each presenter will offer a brief summary of these strategies, leaving ample time for audience discussion and participation.
