This provocative documentary about a little-known event in Chicana history tells the story of immigrant mothers in Los Angeles who sued their doctors after being coerced into sterilizations during the 1960s and 70s.
Vicki L. Ruiz, University of California, Irvine, will introduce the film and will be joined by the filmmakers to lead a discussion afterward.
