Session Abstract

The AHA's Career Diversity for Historians initiative asks us to reconsider what counts as a successful career path for people with a PhD in history. How can the skills honed in pursuit of a PhD be used beyond the university? Perhaps even in careers that do not seem to be related to history? In an informal conversation followed by a Q&A, the panelists will consider these questions and how they navigated them in their own career paths.
