Session Abstract
This roundtable discussion will provide an overview of the National Endowment for the Humanities' work affecting history, historical scholaship, documentary filmmaking, and museums and historical societies. Instead the session will seek to assess the impact of the agency in a number of different areas and to ask, with the audience's help, what this experience might mean for the future direction of NEH support for the humanities and for history.
