Women, Gender, and Spanish History: Making Sense of the Misunderstood

My contribution to the roundtable will address the issue of teaching women and gender studies in modern Spanish history.  I will discuss the challenge of introducing students to unfamiliar fields without simplifying their complexity while also making the topics approachable and relatable.
