Session Abstract

The Graduate and Early Career Committee is pleased to sponsor this panel as part of its focus on the professionalization of graduate and early career historians.  This session features senior, mid-career, and early-career historians who have successfully funded long-term research agendas, served on fellowship evaluation committees, and counseled graduate students about successfully obtaining fellowship and grant support.  The focus of the panel is on practical advice about how to fund research that will be useful to historians as they transition from graduate school to early career status.
