Session Abstract

This panel will explore recent developments in the work of historians serving in the federal government: documenting the history of institutions and policies for the public, and providing historical context for policy makers. Topics will include new digital initiatives and resources for federal history, and integrating sources such as biography, oral history, and artifacts into public history.
