How and when can technology improve history education? Digital tools can help history students learn content, develop research skills, improve critical thinking, and access resources and experts from around the world. In light of the many free educational digital tools now available, however, the challenge is often finding and using the right tools to enhance student learning. This presentation will explore powerful tools for engaging students and how to use them to teach history in innovative ways.
