“A Graduate Student’s Perspective on Digital Tools for Research.” Brent Rogers' remarks will focus on learning and employing available tools for research and analysis. Some of the tools highlighted in Rogers' presentation include Wordle, TAPoR, TokenX, and other text analysis tools; Google maps, Google earth, GIS, and other spatial tools; and organizational research tools such as Zotero and del.icio.us. He will demonstrate the use of the tools in his own digital scholarship and from exemplar projects.
