Konrad H. Jarausch will reflect on his co-editorship (with the Political Scientist Helga Welsh) of vol. 9 of the GHDI Project, entitled: Two Germanys, 1961-1989, and vol. 10, entitled: One Germany in Europe, 1989-2006.

Each of the editors will reflect on three issues they faced in common:

1) how and why they selected certain documents and images over others;

2) whether they tried to “tell a story” as they shaped their volume; and

3) how they have used this resource in their own teaching.
