Session Abstract

The focus of the round table will be on hiring practices of concern to new scholars, including adjunct/contingent faculty employment, unconscious ageism, the current job market, and the application of business models to academic employment. This session is intended to survey conditions and provide a forum for formulating solutions to these problems in a time of crisis for the academy.
