“Teaching the U.S. Survey in a Web 2.0 World.” The web-orientation of the late millennials and the ongoing expansion of high quality primary and secondary sources available digitally provide an opportunity for a fundamental rethinking of strategies for teaching the U.S. history survey. This presentation will highlight examples of the most imaginative and successful efforts already underway and suggest a framework for evaluating student learning and enthusiasm in this new environment.
